SYSTEMATIC BASIS AND COMPUTER MEANS OF ANALYSIS OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY OF BUSINESSES OF FUEL AND ENERGY COMPLEX
This paper discusses systematic approach to evaluation of potential risks of businesses of fuel and energy complex. The approach allows creating evaluation of environmental risks based on multivariate environmental indices of pollution in an area of impact of potentially dangerous businesses. Computer means for implementation of proposed procedure are offered. Computer means allow visual analysis and prediction of accident's consequences. Means for creation and correction of environmental maps are also included.
